Frequently Asked Questions

Non Walkers

As long as you book with a fee paying child and adult, non walkers are free.  If you wish to bring a non walker with you on their own - we do have a sensory room, changing and high chairs, it would be the usual child price.

Age Range

We say up to around 8 years old, however, we have found older siblings have really enjoyed the experience and role play too.  As above, we welcome non walkers, we have spaces and facilities across the age ranges.

Parking

Parking directly out front is limited to 1 hour.  Mon through Sat.  However, there is unlimited parking on the residential streets at the side and rear.  Longford road and Somers road are the 2 closest and are within 2 minutes walking distance.

Numbers per session

We have a 15 children per session limit, so 30 people in total.  We believe this is the perfect number for our space and for each child to fully enjoy the rooms and activities we have to offer.

Adding Names and ages to bookings

We ask you to kindly add your children's first name and age to the booking, this is mainly for events, so we can ensure we are aware of requirements and numbers.

Parties

We are a fantastic party venue and we offer these on a Saturday, 4 till 6 and Sunday 11 till 1.  We require a £50 deposit to secure the date and once paid, this is confirmed and booked in to our diary.  We have a 15 child per party guide, but within reason, we can look at this number (for a small extra fee per child) depending on the number of adults in attendance.  Please contact us directly to discuss your party requirements.

SEND

Rachael is an ex Primary school teacher with over 20 years experience.  She is happy to discuss requirements for your visit, and we have and may offer SEND sessions.  We can be quieter in the week, and can discuss on the day, sessions that may be better suited.  Please reach out to us in advance and we are more than happy to help.

Session Times

During the week we offer 1.5 hour sessions and Saturday 2 hour sessions.  Our price per child reflects this time.  Between sessions the rooms are reset, cleaned and prepared for the next session.

Cafe / Food and Drink

We have a small cafe offering, snacks, sandwiches, toasties, chips and drinks.  You may bring in small amounts of your children's own food, baby food, water etc.  But ask you only eat and drink in our cafe area.  We have a 5 star hygiene rating.
